We always love this time of the year when Ma Ma and Pa make their way up to us to have a wee little holiday. As always, there's something for everyone during their stay...
This year, La had her turn to host the school assembly and as it happened, cleaned up in the awards department as well.
 Achievement and swimming carnival awards.
Every visit we like to "find something for Pa to do" and this year was no exception. I thought it timely and appropriate that we clean up and move the cubby house ready for sale seen as Pa and Sami built it together all those years ago. The girls have nearly grown out of it and, before it deteriorates too much, I thought it had life in it for one more family and thankfully, we sold it to a family who love it as much as we do.
The gate needed to moved for us to get the cubby out which was a good opportunity anyway to fix it more firmly in place so, two birds, one stone if you like.
 "Helping"
The weekend rolled up and I thought a nice little bush walk to Paradise Pools for a swim and some lunch.
A bit ice-y in the water but worth the trek.
The next day saw us venture down, south of Wollongong to visit Fitzroy Falls and go to the beach.
Such a spectacular view even if the water was a little on the low side.
It was a scorcher of a day - we stepped out of the car once we got to the coast and just about fried so a swim was mandatory here at Werri Beach in Gerringong. We then headed into Kiama for another swim in their public rock pool to beat the heat as we meandered our way home.
The Yearly Photo out to dinner, Indian this time. Thanks for visiting Ma Ma and Pa - we love you xxx

As the title suggests...
The kids have to reach the magic age of being over 12 to finally get the chance to go rafting with the big boys. Lucho and his friend went for the first time recently and Morgan smashed them absolutely - it must have been fun, they're already wanting to go back for more!
Our annual day out at Wet n Wild saw us bring a couple extras with Lucho and Sienna joining us for a fun day out.
Leyla finally getting her cuddles with our new friend Koby.

Sami spent his birthday back in his home country with his whole family - a good month spent helping out, hanging out and moving furniture around!
 Happy 45th Birthday Sami!
 Good times xx
Homeward bound with a face full of fuzz.
It was a good trip but always nice to be home again. The beard had to go before work started though...
We threw a little baby shower for Linda in anticipation of...
...Koby who arrived only a few weeks later.
Dinner out with some of the P&C folk from the school.
 Always a selfie somewhere.
La had her swim carnival at school and then made it to the District carnival shown here.
She came 14th in freestyle, 5th in backstroke and 12th in the relay.
La improved her times and places from last year and was super stoked with her efforts - well done La!
