When the Foreman's come to stay - we play! That was the motto for the weekend so we scheduled in a full day of fun starting with a visit to the fire station which absolutely thrilled the pants off of Charlie and Christina.

Christina is a little more practical with it herself, the garden got a water instead of her Dad.

We set off up to Katoomba next and had lunch in the shadows of the three sisters - well kind of close - shadows maybe exaggerating it! After stopping off at the major sites the kiddies snoozed all the way back down the mountain before swinging past the whitewater stadium for a look. Not much pictorial evidence this time round - unusual eh?
To end the day we went to the rowing club for dinner with Jill, Morg's and Lucho - everyone was a bit weary by then...
...but then Jill conveniently had a birthday scheduled for the next day and we couldn't let that one slip past without some mention of a cake - everyone perked up for that part!
