Over the next few weeks I will be bringing you the 2010 season of Return to the Motherland with it's highs and lows, sweltering heat, fun and family. Let's kick it off with episode 1 "Airplanes, Airports and Butterflies"...

...this traveling duo are set to take Turkey by storm.

A long stop over in Singapore left plenty of time to check out the butterfly enclosure.
And to adjust to the humidity I think.
After a loooooonnnnnng day, La is just a little bit clagged.
From what I understood from Sami, the best of La was yet to come on the next flight - all hail cranky, overtired, hot and misunderstood toddlers!
