For a little while now we have been heading down to the local pub one morning a week to hang out with the clowns and join in the fun with our friends. I thought it was an attempt to bring in the family demographic but have since realised that the clowns won't be continuing as regular entertainment because drink sales haven't increased. Funny that, mothers and kids not interested in mid-morning beer and wine. I'm thinking that their marketing department didn't think this one through enough....

Pass the parcel. We made the most of the fun while it lasted but it is a shame to say goodbye to our local clown contingent. Hopefully they'll pop up again soon somewhere nearby to entertain us all.
