Mother's Day

We caught up with the Foreman's this Mother's Day. It was one of the few Sundays free when we were trying to coincide our calendars and it worked out perfectly for Larissa and myself as you will soon see.
Woke up to a lovely assortment of presents and cards from these two monkeys. Thankfully talked my way out of a specially made breakfast - there's only so much "love" one can take!
 Love.
So, as a result of the Foreman's visit falling on Mother's Day, Larissa and I absented ourselves entirely from it's planning and implementation and left all the food and activities to Sami and Dave.
Sami was in charge of mains for lunch and dinner and his recent sushi obsession became very handy. Dave brought sweets and snacks and his dish washing hands so there was plenty for us not to do that day!
Some of the kids were a little tentative but soon got into the swing of things.
Off to the skate park and playground for a run around before the rain set in.
We had a handy little game of netball and discovered some new talent. Sami thinks it is him. It's not.
Charlie and La sitting outside chatting...
...and keeping two little friends warm and cosy.
The end of the day and it's time for cuddles. Thanks for the fab day Foremans! x
