The day after Super Saturday was Recovery Sunday but seen as La had a skating party to go to...we thought we'd make it an active recovery and all join in too!

And the boys did amazingly well joining in the games and getting quite fast and good in their skates. Leyla and Ma Ma turned up for the last hour or so after classmate's party elsewhere - lucky I had some extra drivers this weekend to make it all happen!
Monday, our last full day together and we thought we'd start off with a child friendly hike to Knapsack Bridge...

Now it's time to go back again and of course we never like to back track.
And, true to form on my part, we got a little lost-ish but made our way down just in time to avoid a mass revolt.
We recovered from our hike at home with some lunch before cooling off at a local pool.
Lucky for us we had it all to ourselves!
The aftermath. Everyone was pooped after a busy, hectic and fun few days with Ma Ma and the Excell's. It's never a dull moment and we wouldn't have it any other way x
