All the bedrooms have now been painted and updated - it's amazing what a lick of paint and changing the door fittings can do for a room. Still have the stairwell and landing to do but upstairs is basically done. Yay! That's April's jobs - now here comes May...
Alara is her Baba's best right hand, helping out with all his jobs, raiding the toolbox and waving around the screw drivers with abandon. We've had to nip that one in the bud now that we have newly minted walls though...
A spot of afternoon tea overseeing the job.
The office/guest room with Sami in his usual evening position. The desk will have to go one day - but furniture is another month and budget really...
...with the bedroom an example of this. But, all that can wait - we'll just sit back and enjoy clean and uncluttered for a bit until the whole painting circus arrives back into town in a couple of months!
