Sami found himself recently with some time on his hands after a minor paragliding incident landed him with a sore back. Fortunately for him he was exempt from all the regular, nag-worthy jobs around the place so he baked bread instead.
Sami has been madly skype-ing to and fro with his mum and sister for their recipes and the battle of the breads began. This is the triumphant photo of his best batch, its value found not only in its taste but also its nude model.
